Finally, after a year of anticipation, I'm taking a week-long break from the joys of my job! *fist pump* That's right--vacation time!! Unfortunately (or fortunately), for the majority of said vacation, I'm going to be headed to Baltimore for Otakon. So starting today, I'll be non-existent on deviantArt for roughly a week and a half.

Normally I wouldn't announce such a short hiatus, but now that I feel compelled to really push myself forward with my art, I'd like to keep my DA friends and watchers updated. In the last week or so (and in the past months as well) I've met a lot of truly amazing "deviants"--artists, writers, and so on. (A few of which were mentioned in my last journal entry.) They deserve all the cookies in the world, and because of them I'm feeling all the more motivated and inspired. <3

I'll still be working while away, so when I come back I should have an update ready. Already in progress are some new illustrations for "Salvation of a King", new Transformers fanart, and some more Harbinger now that his design has finally been nailed down. I'd also really like to work on some new images for "Deux Claret", and I've a few scenes in mind. I really appreciate all of the feedback that "The Star" received, and I'd love to be able to continue to show my appreciation for the story, for the author and character-developers, and for the fan base. Hopefully I continue to have free time. ^_^;

I'm still developing my style, and constantly trying to improve, but for those of you that enjoy my art: Thank you so, so much. <3
